Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge in programming logic and mastery of integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, API.
  • Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocol, security, use of certificates and mTLS.
  • Ability to act in critical incidents with agility and assertiveness.
  • Investigative profile, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent English skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in the development and use of the Digibee Platform.
  • Contribute to improve customer support by promptly responding to clients' requests and dealing with complaints.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Ensure assertive customer assistance, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
  • Manage multiple cases and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
  • Execute processes to maintain high Customer Support Service quality.
