Requirements:

• 4-6 years in influencer marketing, ideally in tech, gaming, or social media.
• Deep familiarity with Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube, including creator strategies and platform-specific trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnerships with influencers and agencies.
• Skilled in contract negotiations with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze influencer campaign performance and apply data-driven strategy adjustments.
• Proactive creative thinking to generate unique influencer ideas.
• Proven project management skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively.
• Knowledge of the influencer ecosystem and emerging trends.
• Minimum C1 level in English.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute influencer marketing initiatives, identifying and building relationships with influencers aligned to Voicemod’s brand goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to support product releases and co-promotions through influencer partnerships.
• Develop and manage a network of content creators and agencies, including handling negotiations and contracts.
• Lead both paid and organic influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics to share insights and improve future strategies.
• Generate innovative ideas to engage the influencer ecosystem and increase brand visibility.
