Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in Growth strategies or Project Management.
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience in data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as DataStudio, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
• Strong organizational and logical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans with senior leadership from hypothesis definition to project implementation.
• Manage projects by documenting all phases including hypothesis definition and critical decisions.
• Facilitate communication and project workflow with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with data, product, and operations teams to identify project enhancements and growth opportunities.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to validate hypotheses and support strategic decisions.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor project performance and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
