Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer or Specialist, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce NPSP, including customizing objects and automating business processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and knowledge of tools like Process Builder, Flow, and basic Apex.
• Familiarity with nonprofit business processes.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation and permissions.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, approval processes, fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage sandbox environment and NPSP configurations.
• Gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions focused on user experience.
• Communicate platform changes to end users and manage data quality.
• Proactive system maintenance and support user training.
