Requirements:

• Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring.
• Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice).
• Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Follow up with cold leads and nurture them.
• Manage and implement drip campaigns to maintain lead engagement.
• Schedule assessments and support client conversion efforts.
• Regularly post on social media using existing content to ensure a consistent brand presence.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and support their execution.
• Track sales metrics and strive to meet or exceed conversion targets.
