Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/med-tech marketing role or in a marketing agency.
• Experience in leading projects with collaboration and proactive sharing of best practices.
• Proven expertise in multichannel/omnichannel commercial marketing.
• Strong understanding of core digital channels.
• Excellent communication, change management, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.
• Strong strategic thinking and innovative nature.
• Strong commercial acumen with a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and optimization of global digital/omnichannel strategy.
• Support planning and rollout of omnichannel capabilities in the region.
• Lead scoping and implementation of omnichannel engagement projects.
• Map and maintain customer journeys to enhance engagement.
• Provide strategic and tactical advice to brand teams.
• Support local brand teams with campaign execution.
• Utilize analytics tools to track engagement metrics.
• Ensure consistency in campaign planning and execution.
• Support upskilling of colleagues in omnichannel best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations.
