Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Administration, Computer Science, or related area required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT vendor management, portfolio management, and financial management; 8-10 years preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to act decisively in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to influence across organizational silos.
• Experience in communicating complex business challenges in a simplified manner.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and establish working plans for vendors.
• Analyze and monitor performance, invoicing, and vendor roadmaps.
• Plan and facilitate business reviews and meetings.
• Analyze KPIs and produce performance reports.
• Communicate vendor performance issues and align with portfolio managers.
• Manage and minimize risks within the assigned portfolio.
• Partner with procurement and data teams for performance data.
• Attend conferences for networking and industry insights.
• Contribute to ongoing portfolio strategy and vendor landscape assessments.
