• Prior product management experience leading products from 0-1.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup or new product development in the blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Web3 infrastructure products.
• Conduct research to identify trends and customer needs in the Web3 space.
• Develop products using zero-knowledge technology and Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols.
• Work with internal and external teams to translate requirements into product features.
• Define requirements for on-chain and off-chain interactions.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Analyze product performance and collect user feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging Web3 technologies.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and manage product launches.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive product adoption.
