5+ years of experience as an Epic analyst in the Tapestry Module, AP Claims, Contracts, DOFR, and/or Fee Schedules.
Experience with benefit build, Epic implementation, optimization, EMP templates, SER build, and provisioning.
Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely.

Responsibilities:

Perform Epic-related consulting and advisory services.
Apply technical expertise to implement and optimize EMR workflows.
Mentor customers to enhance their system knowledge.
Analyze and translate operational requirements into system configurations.
Create build documentation and workflow diagrams.
Track and resolve project risks.
Lead meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.
Report transparently on project status.
Develop knowledge transfer documentation for customer teams.
