Requirements:

• 2+ years of partner operations experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and marketplace listing management.
• 5+ years of experience working in technology companies, preferably startups.
• Salesforce experience, especially with API connectors to CSPs.
• Super user experience on Marketplace Operations tools like Tackle.
• Experience in basic data analytics, particularly SQL.
• Familiarity with partner tools such as AWS and GCP portals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new processes and improve existing ones within Lead to Cash Operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process across multiple cloud platforms.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of partner programs and ensures key deadlines are met for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Identify operational improvements in partner management and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
