Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master in a software development company.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes.
  • Practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to receive and give feedback.
  • Collaborative approach for driving decisions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with international clients and teams.
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on using Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
  • Promote Agile practices within the organization.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and help remove impediments.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure cross-team coordination.
