Requirements:

At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master in a software development company.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes.
Practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to receive and give feedback.
Collaborative approach for driving decisions.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.

Responsibilities:

Work with international clients and teams.

Identify and help remove impediments.
Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
Assess the time and financial impact of scope change and communicate to stakeholders as appropriate.
Identify when to use experiments for learning and solutioning.
Be commercially aware: Understand the status of the budget of your projects and be able to report on them back to the company.
Facilitate wider engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and partners engaged in delivery.
