Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).
  • 3 or more years of experience performing similar duties.
  • Proven experience in a research and data-driven atmosphere.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AP style guide and ability to edit accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial triage of incoming requests from internal partners and external clients.
  • Manage tasks including ad hoc client requests and proactive analyses.
  • Create professional-level PowerPoint presentations for client communication.
  • Proofread and edit project deliverables.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, Gantt charts, and standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progression of projects.
  • Conduct research and develop guidance for the client team regarding projects.
