Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years in SAP System Admin/NW/Basis Administration
- Experience with L3/L4 support for steady state customers
- Strong knowledge of SAP administration and databases
- Hands-on experience on running SAP on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform tools
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer meetings for technical delivery
- Plan and execute L3/L4 activities
- Handle system performance issues for SAP and databases
- Support test drills for high availability and disaster recovery
- Organize and drive ad-hoc customer meetings for managed services delivery
