Requirements:

Active, current and unrestricted LBA or BCBA in state of Florida.
3+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in a hospital or behavioral health setting.
2+ years of experience with MS Office Suite applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel.
1+ year of experience with electronic medical records.
Willing to provide on-call UM coverage for nights and weekends on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities:

Applies critical thinking and knowledge of clinically appropriate treatment for Behavioral Health.
Utilizes clinical experience to assess treatment plans across care levels.
Coordinates with providers to facilitate optimal care.
Monitors members at risk for poor outcomes and facilitates referrals.
Consults with internal and external parties regarding utilization management.
