• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and informed risk-taking.
• Excellent written communication skills that enhance customer experience.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review applications and ensure compliance with KYC and KYB regulations.
• Analyze onboarding model performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify and highlight emerging trends in onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance efforts.
