Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related work experience in payments compliance or risk management operations.
• C1 fluency or higher in English required.
• Ability to meet Service Level Agreements and maintain strong quality standards.
• Fast learner with ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changes.
• Knowledge of global customer enhanced due diligence, AML, CTF, sanctions, and KYC standards.
• Passionate about staying current on regulatory changes and compliance.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to maintain communication while working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Strong performance in meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
• Clear and concise communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality email and occasional phone support to customers and stakeholders for fundraiser authenticity.
• Conducting in-depth enhanced due diligence reviews focusing on AML, sanctions, and watchlist screening.
• Evaluating fundraiser and account attributes for unusual activity and determining risks.
• Conducting enhanced due diligence on organizations for compliance with Terms of Service.
• Collecting and analyzing information on governance, operations, and financial performance.
• Supporting crisis monitoring protocols during global crises.
• Working cross-functionally with teams to ensure fundraisers are legitimate.
