Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an outbound sales role in HR-tech or employee benefits industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and outperforming activity metrics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales automation software.
  • Working knowledge of health insurance (Consumer Driven Health) or employee benefits.
  • Experience in building out a territory and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive new HSA and other benefits product sales within your territory.
  • Manage all day-to-day sales activities in your assigned territory.
  • Conduct proper discovery, handle objections, and close employer business.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quotas and activity metrics.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone and email sales discussions.
  • Cultivate new employee benefit broker relationships.
  • Map out decision-makers and influencers to close deals.
  • Manage broker-generated sales pipeline effectively.
  • Partner with marketing and product departments to execute sales strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to refine the ideal customer profile.
