Requirements:
  • At least 4 years doing software testing & QA
  • Experience with PostgreSQL (or any SQL database)
  • In-depth Linux knowledge
  • Ability to test desktop software as well as web applications
  • Experience working with Git, Jira
  • Experience with API and UI testing
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
  • Experience with Automated Testing (Python) is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Support overall QA activities - Testing Methodology, Test Cases, Test Plans
  • Perform manual testing of various desktop and web-related tickets including functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing
  • Advance our overall QA strategy as we work towards Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to help produce high-quality software. Understand and translate business requirements to technical and then testing requirements
  • Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle
  • Manage any issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process
  • Share technical expertise with the rest of the QA team
