Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A or post-merger integration within a company or consulting firm.
• Results-oriented team member experienced in written and verbal communication.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to craft deliverables and process improvements.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines.
• BA/BS degree.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Coinbase team leaders and Target company leadership to develop and drive pre- and post-close integration plans.
• Drive the end-to-end M&A integration process, including assessing the integration strategy and supporting due diligence.
• Assist with managing timing and overall process for integration activities, holding regular meetings and monitoring status.
• Serve as a key resource for all teams, facilitating collaboration through transparency and effective communication.
• Support the development of a world-class integration program for M&A with scalable processes.
• Contribute to improving the Corporate Development team by enhancing existing processes.
