Requirements:

Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in North Carolina.
Must work independently, without supervision, and have no current or past disciplinary action.
Reside in the United States.
Provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week; this is a part-time, independent contractor role.
Possess 3+ years of tele-health experience and be comfortable with a digital health platform.
Must own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) and have a reliable laptop with internet access.
Be passionate about women’s and family health.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
Topics include pregnancy, postpartum, adoption, surrogacy, fertility, anxiety, and family coaching.
Utilize brief solution-focused therapy to address immediate client issues.
Document encounter summaries in the practice management system, MPractice.
Collaborate with the Care Delivery team for in-person referrals and follow-ups.
Promote Maven's unique care model and provide culturally humble care.
