Requirements:

• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Michigan.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Provide direct member care for 5-10 hours per week as a part-time independent contractor.
• Must contract through a business entity (LLC required).
• 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space.
• Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
• Must own an iOS device that can be updated past iOS 16 and have strong internet access.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
• Address issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, mental health, and work-life balance.
• Use brief solution-focused therapy to provide clients with tools and skills.
• Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management system.
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team for in-person referrals and follow-ups.
