Requirements:

• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Massachusetts.
• Must have the ability to work independently without supervision from a licensed supervisor.
• Must contract through a business entity (LLC required).
• Must be residing in the United States.
• Must be able to provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week.
• Have 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space and be comfortable with a digital health platform.
• Must own an iOS device that can be updated and have access to a laptop with reliable internet.
• Must be passionate about women’s and family health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause, anxiety, depression, and more.
• Use brief solution-focused therapy to address immediate issues and equip clients with tools and skills.
• Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice.
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals.
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model and champion compassionate care for women and families.
