Requirements:

• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Washington, DC.
• Must work independently without supervision and have no disciplinary action.
• Reside in the United States.
• Provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week on a part-time basis.
• 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space.
• Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
• Own an iOS device updated past iOS 16 and have reliable internet access.
• Passionate about women’s and family health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
• Address various topics including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, adoption, fertility, mental health issues, and work-life balance.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy and document encounter summaries in the practice management system.
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team for member needs and in-person referrals.
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, providing culturally humble care.
