Requirements:

Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Colorado.
Ability to work independently without supervision and without any disciplinary action.
Must reside in the United States.
Provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week as part-time independent contractor.
3+ years of experience in the tele-health space and comfort with digital health platforms.
Own an iOS device updated past iOS 16 and have reliable internet access.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual care and support to adult members through video consults and messaging.
Address issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and adoption.
Assist with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
Support members in balancing work-life and parenting responsibilities.
Utilize brief solution-focused therapy and document encounters in the practice management system.
Collaborate with the Care Delivery team for in-person referrals and follow-ups.
