Manager, Engineering - Developer Platform (CI/CD)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a full-time manager
• Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ (ideally multiple) and Senior engineers
• Experience managing a remote/distributed team
• Familiarity with and interest in best practices for Dev Productivity and CI/CD

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing projects across stakeholders and scope to deliver impact in both CI and CD
• Fostering relationships with partner teams and stakeholders, as well as crafting working agreements
• Coaching and mentoring the team with empathy to do their best work while growing in their roles & responsibilities
• Partnering with Staff and Sr. Staff engineers to assist in aligning architecture trade-offs and designing strategy
• Creating deliberate plans and opportunities to systematically address technical debt & quality
• Contributing to the broader organization’s culture and processes (with a 'first team' mentality)
