Business Operations Specialist (Malaysia)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a business, product, or sales operations role.
• Native or near-native spoken and written English.
• Experience with automation (low-code, no-code) tools and data analysis, specifically Zapier.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
• Experience managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Great communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Own projects to automate processes by using off-the-shelf tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Maintain internal operations workflows and serve as the point of contact for updates and ad-hoc requests.
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders to resolve issues and requests.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate internal database/tools among different teams.
• Work with the product team to QA features in development and troubleshoot bugs.
• Write SQL to analyze datasets and build dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change that enhances accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Research and apply new tools to enhance existing processes.
