Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and manage customer implementations to meet contract requirements.
Skillfully manage diverse groups of stakeholders on high-profile projects.
Set the overall plan for successful implementation through strategic analysis.
Provide direction to a cross-functional team enabling service launch.
Serve as the key client-facing contact during implementation.
Monitor implementation timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
Partner with teams to achieve target levels of consents, referrals, and visits.
Own implementation documentation and coordination tasks.
Diagnose and resolve issues during implementation; identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Analyze trends to drive process improvements.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
