Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, lead, and manage customer implementations to meet contract requirements.
  • Skillfully manage diverse groups of stakeholders on high-profile projects.
  • Set the overall plan for successful implementation through strategic analysis.
  • Provide direction to a cross-functional team enabling service launch.
  • Serve as the key client-facing contact during implementation.
  • Monitor implementation timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Partner with teams to achieve target levels of consents, referrals, and visits.
  • Own implementation documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues during implementation; identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Analyze trends to drive process improvements.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
