Requirements:

• Relevant technical background in an MSP environment, ideally in senior technical delivery, account management, or project management.
• Strong understanding of operational support systems and their components.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Extensive experience in strategic technology planning and execution.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of M365, Azure, AVD, Windows Server, and related storage/ne​tworking solutions.
• Understanding of Cyber technologies, including Zero Trust, SASE, and ISO27001.
• Experience in IT MSP technology platforms including PSAs and RMMs.
• Full drivers license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of the operational support systems of the acquired IT MSPs to develop integration strategies.
• Provide proposal documents regarding the integration approach and be accountable for onboarding into operational teams.
• Justify the retention of existing systems and detail coexistence within Focus Group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless systems integration.
• Develop and implement an IT vendor migration strategy and understand the IT customer journey.
• Identify integration risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Document integration processes and create technical specifications.
• Provide regular updates on integration progress, risks, and outcomes.
