Requirements:
  • Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience.
  • 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred).
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems.
  • Understanding of basic UX principles.
  • Willing and able learner of new technologies.
  • Extremely strong written and oral communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
  • Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
  • Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
  • Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.
  • Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
