Requirements:
  • Experience/knowledge of key markets such as New York and Las Vegas.
  • Minimum three years in online travel agency, hotel, or related role.
  • History of account management promoting long-term relationships.
  • Travel industry contacts within relevant destinations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and planning skills.
  • Ability to present to large groups.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and PC applications.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree level of education.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ongoing account management and maintaining mature accounts.
  • Grow and develop new relationships.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships to optimize performance.
  • Contract new hotels and explore potential new markets.
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate deals to secure the best commercial terms with hotels.
  • Track competitive performance of hotels.
  • Attend trade events and meet suppliers regularly.
