Requirements:

• 8+ years leading or participating in data and analytics projects in a quantitative or analytical environment.
• Experience solving complex business problems by converting raw data into actionable business ideas.
• Developed and implemented data and analytics solutions.
• Proven proficiency in quantitative analysis, visualization, and modeling using tools such as Excel, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, etc.
• Ability to import, clean, transform, and model data for clear decision-making.
• Experience working directly with customers and leading high priority initiatives.
• BA or BS preferred in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
• Available to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our customers through transformational change by driving the design and execution of data and analytics strategies.
• Use data and analytics to collaborate with customer leaders to understand business challenges and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to the direction of the Data and Analytics Consulting practice through customer service delivery and business development.
• Work with teams from customer personnel and Point B consultants to plan and deliver on data and analytics initiatives.
• Grow as a leader working alongside senior consultants who provide mentorship and support.
• Exercise entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the firm's growth as an employee-owner.
