• 7+ years leading distributor territory managers.
• 5+ years in providing contractor training.
• Familiarity in plumbing/HVAC with experience in water heaters.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel up to 60-70% of the time.
• Excellent public speaking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create strategy to support plumbing wholesale distribution targets.
• Generate demand with contractors.
• Develop relationships with distributor personnel and local industry associations.
• Conduct training sessions for contractors and distributors.
• Support sales plans through execution of KPIs.
• Manage inventory levels and align product forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal groups to optimize marketing activities.
• Provide exceptional customer relationships.
