Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HVAC sales, with significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management abilities and a strategic, creative mindset.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC products and technologies.
• Fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute innovative sales strategies to enhance market leadership in HVAC solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate across marketing, engineering, and customer service teams for project execution.
• Offer expert technical support on HVAC products to clients.
• Manage sales projects with regular updates and timely follow-up.
• Resolve technical issues related to product delivery and installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and HQ for communication and strategy alignment.
• Provide regular reports to leadership on sales performance and market trends.
• Utilize fluency in Korean and English for communication with Korean companies in the U.S.
