Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HVAC sales, including significant managerial experience.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management abilities and a strategic mindset.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC products and technologies.
• Fluency in Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed targets and enhance LG’s market leadership in HVAC solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams for effective project execution.
• Provide expert technical support on HVAC products and technologies.
• Oversee sales projects with regular updates and timely follow-ups.
• Address technical issues related to product delivery and installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and HQ counterparts.
• Deliver regular reports to leadership on sales performance and market trends.
• Utilize fluency in Korean and English for communication with Korean companies.
