Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in cs operations for a rapidly growing organization, proven leadership skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to collaborate and motivate team members, outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sql knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Define, own, and scale the customer support experience, monitor and report on contact center metrics, design and manage customer support workflows, launch and manage operational programs and projects, collaborate with it and product teams on cx tool improvements, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
