Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience as a User Experience Designer or 8+ years work experience in the vocation.
• Experience building and leading technical teams.
• Expertise with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and InVision.
• Deep understanding of design thinking frameworks.
• Teaching experience and comfort speaking to large groups.
• Empathetic, inclusive, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong work ethic and desire to excel.
• Passion for teaching and creating positive learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Teach our 12-week User Experience Design Diploma program.
• Help build a world-class technical team.
• Deliver lectures and provide expert technical guidance.
• Facilitate in-class activities and mentor students.
• Co-create the curriculum impacting students' lives and careers.
• Research and write content for teaching up-to-date design skills.
• Apply Agile Education methodologies to improve the educational experience.
• Continuously improve personal skills and collaborate with other educators.
