Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer or client facing role.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Experience lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation courses and events.
  • Resource industry professionals as event speakers and prospective instructors.
  • Oversee onboarding and preparation for events and courses to ensure a positive experience for speakers, instructors, and students.
  • Coordinate logistics with campus operations team for both in-person and online experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the event and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Track and report course and event data and feedback to measure success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus.
