Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of business development experience, preferably in tech or sales sectors.
• Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
• Prior experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
• Experience working with underserved populations preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new employer relationships by identifying prospects, understanding hiring needs, and managing onboarding.
• Maintain existing employer relationships through regular engagement, feedback sessions, and communication of success stories.
• Assist in the transition to employment, collaborating with Employability Coaches and sharing job leads with learners.
• Conduct routine strategic analyses and participate in relevant events for visibility and networking.
