Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Associate Account Executives (AAEs) to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Training other members of the team.
• Taking on operational and administrative tasks to help the AAE team perform and exceed expectations.
• Acting as a source of knowledge and best practices among the AAEs.
• Assisting in the training, onboarding, and mentoring of new AAEs with the help of the Sales Development Enablement team.
