Responsibilities:

• Recruit and screen top performers to work remotely for American companies, from Brazil.
• Work closely with American clients, consulting on recruiting, negotiating candidate's profile and skills.
• Structure and pursue continuous improvement of recruitment process stages, based on metric analysis.
• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to develop sourcing strategies for software professionals.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline by building long-term relationships.
