- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Associate Degree with equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience supporting railroad projects for CSX / CPKC.
- Proven track record in meeting client expectations through project management activities.

- Detailed understanding of consulting business operations.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred.

- Lead project execution by managing teams, coordinating resources, and assigning responsibilities.
- Serve as primary liaison among all project parties.
- Monitor progress and measure project performance.
- Manage change requests and implement risk management strategies.
- Coordinate reviews of technical work and ensure compliance with project contracts.
