Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to contribute and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ownership in assigned work.
• Associate Degree in Drafting.
• 10 years of experience with CAD software, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Project Management skills for medium-sized projects.

Responsibilities:

• Directs and manages staff on technical aspects of projects, coordinating with all involved disciplines.
• Plans and oversees the quality review process of project deliverables.
• Acts as a consultative resource to clients for project resolution.
• Strengthens subject matter expertise in design areas.
• Provides senior-level design review and technical issue resources.
• May assist in preparing project studies through drawings, sketches, or data acquisition.
• Promotes efficiencies and supervises less experienced staff.
