Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and data science tools.
• Expert knowledge of language benchmarks and ability to develop custom metrics.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, specifically with AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and implement AI solutions.
• Configure and deploy solutions, ensuring integration with customer systems.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for effective use of solutions.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop AI solution designs aligned with customer needs and company goals.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, identify business opportunities, and conduct governance calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams for feedback and knowledge sharing.
