Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental science.
- 1 year in technical sales, project management, or customer service experience is required.
- 3 years’ experience in the Environmental Industry is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, self-initiative, and resource utilization.
- Solid critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced reasoning and mathematical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sale of environmental analytical services to existing and prospective customers.
- Secure business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships.
- Liaise between customers, Client Services team, and lab operations to meet customer needs.
- Conduct discovery sessions with qualified leads to identify client needs and potential opportunities.
- Develop a network of industry contacts and continuously qualify market conditions.
- Provide market intelligence to assist in developing sales materials and forecasts.
