Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental science.
  • 1 year in technical sales, project management, or customer service experience is required.
  • 3 years’ experience in the Environmental Industry is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, self-initiative, and resource utilization.
  • Solid critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Advanced reasoning and mathematical skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sale of environmental analytical services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Secure business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Liaise between customers, Client Services team, and lab operations to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with qualified leads to identify client needs and potential opportunities.
  • Develop a network of industry contacts and continuously qualify market conditions.
  • Provide market intelligence to assist in developing sales materials and forecasts.
