Requirements:

• At least 4 years of data experience.
• Demonstrated people management experience, ideally in direct management of staff.
• Experience setting goals, roadmaps or work plans for a team.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Understanding of campaign/organizing data best practices.
• Dedication to members and progressive issues.
• Desire to continuously learn and experiment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Data & Technology in setting team priorities and goals.
• Ensure Data Analysts meet member service SLAs.
• Manage the Data Analytics team and project manage internal roadmap.
• Create and maintain systems for work management and support team culture.
• Provide analysis that helps members integrate tools into their work.
• Support diverse member organizations with data analysis and insights.
