Requirements:

Experience with OEM plants or vehicle industry is a must.
Proficient with Gantt charts using Microsoft Project.
Ability to collaborate with different teams to maintain and define processes.
Experience with defining critical routes and risk detection in projects.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain mid-level detail overall project Gantt-style timelines.
Develop and maintain progress of project plans.
Document risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensure resolution of issues.
Control and report progress to the Project Steering Committee, escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
Provide weekly status updates and conduct regular project team status meetings.
Manage project development progress and ensure alignment with timelines.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
