Requirements:

• 5+ years experience running scrum ceremonies.
• Experience in writing detailed user stories.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Relevant education may include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Demonstrated alignment with company Core Values.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects.
• Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team.
• Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, managing all dependencies and blockers.
• Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity.
• Anticipate risks/blockers, advance best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes.
• Build trust with clients, elicit understanding, and escalate scope changes.
• Adhere to Agile and company best practices, monitoring and correcting processes.
