Requirements:

• Extensive experience in developing and executing successful issue campaigns, preferably c4 campaigns.
• Ability to distinguish between effective and ineffective strategies.
• Hands-on experience in non-profit advocacy, campaign design and implementation.
• Knowledge of energy, climate, candidate or policy campaigns.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Ability to manage work across multiple stakeholders in a diverse organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead EAF team and consultants on campaign strategy nationwide.
• Manage EAF’s investment in campaigns, prioritizing impactful funding.
• Synthesize campaign strategies for effective communication with funders.
• Research and disseminate campaign best practices.
• Support EAF leadership in relationship management with key funders.
• Develop goals and metrics for programmatic work and evaluate impact.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration and assist in program development.
• Use project management tools to facilitate workflows.
