• Established mental health professional (LCAT, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team remotely.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capable of handling confidential information effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to shift between detail-oriented and big-picture thinking.
• Skill in gathering and analyzing data to generate reports.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies.
• Desire to craft and execute efficient processes.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Use proprietary technology to track clinicians’ utilization milestones weekly.
• Identify and provide support to clinicians falling behind based on metrics.
• Initiate performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Coordinate with Care Coordination for client referrals.
• Manage status changes for clinicians in career accelerator program.
• Monitor compliance with standardized practices.
• Ensure timely completion of notes and billing.
• Report KPIs and identify solutions for targets.
• Ensure outcome-based care implementation.
• Collaborate with VP of Clinical Ops to improve training and performance.
• Communicate new initiatives and policies to clinicians.
• Assist in writing clinician bios for client attraction.
• Participate in new clinician interviews.
