Accounts Payable Analyst

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts payable, accounting, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction oriented environment.
• Strong data entry skills and interest in numbers.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (V Lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
• Strong client focus.

Responsibilities:

• Review bills and resolve queries.
• Process bills and expense reports timely.
• Prepare payments for banking software approval.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements.
• Create vendors in the accounting system.
• Develop and maintain process documents.
