Requirements:

• 3 years experience in accounts payable or similar roles
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (V Lookups, pivot tables)
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Review bills and resolve queries
• Process bills for payment and expense reports
• Prepare payments for approval
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes
• Create vendors in the accounting system
• Develop and maintain process documents
