Requirements:
  • Knowledge of commercial lending practices and procedures is preferred.
  • Experience with construction disbursement software Built preferred.
  • Detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize and support various activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, internet, Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of construction loans in various loan stages.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of project sources and uses, construction budgets, architectural plan & site plan review and financial information during underwriting.
  • Present analysis to managers and Loan Committee for final decision.
  • Review all construction loan documentation in preparation for loan closings.
  • Order and review construction project progress inspections and reconcile the construction budget.
  • Administer construction draws for the duration of the construction project.
  • Proactively monitor assigned construction portfolio project status.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with borrowers and general contractors.
